Vintage Multi Way Dramatic and Glam Vest/Wrap

I purchased this at a vintage store years back, there are no tags, it might even be handmade or made for a costume. This is a dramatic vest/wrap that can be worn multiple ways. Essentially it has an elastic center with lapels on the top and bottom. Top lapels are long, bottom are shorter. You can wear it either way for more or less drama. Additionally it’s satin on one side and matte black (polyester/rayon?) on the other. It’s an avant garde-ish weird piece that can be styled so many ways and I’m hopeful the buyer will appreciate its drama as much as I have.
