Can you help me understand sizing? I’m a 6 but it says on the shoe a 3.5. Is that UK sizing?

Cait B - I just received the Dr Martens and they are Knock Off's. I should have looked closer at the sole closer. I will enjoy them but thought you should know they are not "Originals". Blessings - Lyn
