What are the waist & hip measurements on this? I know you listed 2 as a size, but is that a Japanese or US measurment? thanks!!

@alexandra_k449 Sorry for the late reply! It was made in Japan, so it must be a Japan size 2. Flat, the waist is 11 inches and stretches out to 16 inches. The hips flat is 16 inches. It is finely pleated so there is a lot more room in the hips.
