This is such an adorable dress and most likely from the 50's. Underneath is cotton & it's nice & soft. It's pink & white gingham. The outer shell is white w/ tiny white pin dots all over and lace trim here & there. There are no tags l, but judging from another dress I have listed of similar measurements, I would say this is for a 3 month old. Judge by measurements below. Chest-11" armpit to arm pit laying flat. Bottom hem-16" across laying flat. Length-13.5" Light vintage stains here & there
