Vintage Rampage 90’s Velvet Dress!

Vintage and still very current in fabulous style, this velvet pencil dress has amazing details like a silky back “tail” and flattering cut of the bodice’s front and back. Zip up opening, purchased with a stitched top at back of neck, which is wearable and could have a button added for function or style. Light shoulder pads, lined, 9/10, fits like an 8, no stretch.
