What are the measurements of each piece? Which photo is more like the true color?

@mzbaglady Hello. The color is most like the last photo. Somewhere between a navy and a cobalt, it's very pretty. Shoulder seam to seam is 18 inches, armpit to armpit is 25 inches. Skirt waist is 19 inches across. Hips 25 across. Length 28. Let me know if you need more info.
