Vintage Sleeveless Formal Dress

Vintage Custom Made Sleeveless Dress - Scoop neck, peplum waist, lace bodice, 2 layer bottom (satin type fabric underneath with sheer over), back zipper. No size listed but it is small, probably a size XS or S. Measurements are 32” armpit to armpit, 14” across shoulder to shoulder and 54” top of shoulder to bottom of dress (can easily be shortened).
