Some wear but any leather cleaner could deal with that. Very warm but breathable due to long length sheepskin shearling, much longer than most coats. Heavy and well made, durable but comfortable Soviet military issue Marked a size 50 - 2 which is roughly a US40 but fits more like a 38 I am 5’10 and it is the right height for me
