Vintage Vera Neumann Button Down Blouse

In pre owned and vintage condition. Washed, line dried and ready to ship to wear. This top was given to me to sell and I was told it’s a blouse but I wonder if it was a PJ top? I’m not sure. The materials and size tag are faded but the size states it’s a 12. Since vintage tends to run small please refer to the measurements in the photos. Light blue stripes, what looks like abstract spotting and floral detail. All buttons are attached nicely. ***There is a tiny area of discoloration inside the neck area - see photos. The back is lightly faded. Shirt is made up of a vintage nylon.
