Vintage Victorian Edwardian Womans Face Ceramic Hand Painted Wall Hanging

This is a very nice ceramic face of a Victorian or Edwardian woman. Hand painted. She features brownish red hair with ringlets. Blue eyes. She is wearing a hunter green hat with purple feathers. In great vintage condition. The paint is beautiful. No chips, cracks, or breaks. The underside has the imprint "131 Sue 94". There is a small speck of missing paint on the underside. Please see the last photo. She has a burgundy ribbon for hanging, but this can be replaced with a different color if you choose. Measurements are 9.5" long and 9" across at the widest point.
