Perfect bathing suit coverup or even a dress for a small person, I’m 5’ 9” sz 8 and this fits me perfectly. Has navy belt that ties around waist. Vintage - around 1987. Before weinstocks went out of business. Feels like heavy linen. Excellent condition! Never been worn.
