Vintage authentic Moschino metal ring handle bag

One of a kind Moschino nylon handbag with ring metal handles! Used less than 5 times, it does show some scratches on the patent leather straps because how I stored it! It’s in pretty good condition, it’s a vintage item, it does has some rusty marks shows on the inside part of the screws near the top zipper. Don’t remember how much I paid but I’m sure way back when it was over 600-800. I don’t have the original dust bag either, but I can replace it with some other dust bag. Please make me offer.
