Baby blue vintage dress bought in D.C. Slightly sheer but I wear it out anyways. The waist is see through Lace with beautiful pearl covered buttons that can go in front or back. I like it in front for the low cut, super cute. I'm a 35/28.5 in bust and waist for reference and there is still about an inch of room. Fits a size 5-7 or M.
