Beautiful vintage beaded top. Possibly 80’s. In good vintage condition but signs of wear are some makeup on the inside of the front collar I couldn’t get out and a little damage to one of the shoulders (see pictures). The Hem is beautiful and unusual. It is like petals the whole way around and on the sleeves.
