This dress is from the label LA GLO and is beautiful. White satiny straps that connect into a bow with rhinestone detail. Most of the dress is black. It’s in good to excellent condition. Dry clean only. I’m not sure what decade it’s from but I’ve had it for 25 years. It’s a short dress-32 inches from shoulder to hem. 24 inches around the waist.
