Vintage black tank with graphic stitching

Vintage black tank with fun, whimsical graphics stitched throughout shirt. Wish I could keep this but it’s very small. Tag on the shirt reads Medium, but I think this shirt would fit best on XXS as it runs very small. This could even potentially be a kids medium shirt because the arm holes are small. I got this at an estate sale though and I know a woman owned this shirt before me.
