1970’s- 80’s black velvet skirt and vest in pristine condition! skirt is by Partique, New York and the vest is by Russ, appears not a matching set although pairs perfectly. I have paired it with a gorgeous silky white blouse sold separately. Union tags Vest fully lined with beautiful braided edge. Skirt also lined and has front middle split about 12” **dry cleaned!** approx. small-med. Vest: Underarm to underarm: 19” Shoulder to bottom hem 17” Skirt: Waist laying flat: 14” Length: 29”
