Vintage blue boat neck mini dress size 4

Such a cute little dress. Would be perfect for spring. Fabric contents tag seems to be cut out. But the outside feels like a gauze silk and I’m sure the lining is polyester (like most linings are). There’s a small blue stain on the inside but not noticeable from the outside.
