Not sure what brand, size, or what material. The only tag I found inside is partial that mentions union workers which leads me to 1950's possible camel hair coat. Silky feeling lining, always stored in breathable coat bag. It was my mothers, and I know she has had it a long time. The original buttons all still in place. I believe it would fit about small/medium. Shoulder to wrist is about 22 inches, and the length is 41 inches from the top of the neck.
