Vintage colorful patchwork midi skirt

Vintage velvet patchwork long maxi winter skirt. Colorful quilted holiday skirt! Velvet outside, polyester (or similar) inside. Buttons and zippers in the back. Best for size 26”-28” waist. Beautiful, possibly handmade. No tag. Purple with pink, olive, mustard, turquoise, red, and black patches. Several imperfections / stains / discolorations, especially on the front (see photos).
