I love this top and have worn it only a few times over the past 20 years. It’s a faux layered look. White tailored dress shirt w 3/4 sleeves under a cute black sweater vest, but it’s all one top. The layered look without the bulk! Good quality. Buttons on sweater are just decorative

@sabrinanev18 still available, yes! It has some stretch to it. I wore a size 36D with this and it was fine.
