Vintage full box pleated skirt

Such good quality cotton! Beautiful full skirt in a classic color. Super smooth and sleek hand, nearly impossible to find fabric like this these days. One side pocket (the other size has zipper, button and snap closure). Very full with crisp pleats that lay flat, without adding bulk to the waistline. The only reason I’m even considering giving this beauty up is because she’s just too tight at the waist for me. Meant for a tiny vintage dame! Smoky navy blue, very finely woven. Navy blue lining. Excellent condition; only flaw is one pinpoint mark of rust beside the button, as photographed. I have not tried to remove it. Brand tag says 4•C and (handwritten?) 10. I bought this in New Zealand where this would be about a dress size 8 or 10, an XS in USA. Just over 27.5” waist to hem, would be below knee to midi. Classic Dior New Look shape. 12 1/4” measured flat at waist. My waist is 25.5” to 26” and I cannot do the button up (but can do the zipper up). 1.5” deep hem. 1 1/4” waistband Thanks for looking! 🌸🌱 All profits from my closet benefit humanitarian aid.
