Vintage grey and white striped dress

This grey and white striped dress features pockets on the breast and the waist. This also has shoulder pats, which are probably easy to remove (if they aren’t your thing). It looks like it also came with a belt, because I can see the little string loops, but the belt has long since been lost. It also has a small stain on the breast pocket (shown). The measurements are: bust, 17.5”, laid flat and from armpit to armpit; waist, 17”; length from waist, 28”
