Vintage handmade hand sewn polyester maxi dress

Beautiful vintage dress in excellent condition. In my opinion it has a “vintage” odor, not moth balls, not mold, or musty. There are no tags and the dress appears to be hand sewn. Approximate measurements are:bust 19.75”, waist 17.5”, length 53.5”. Some piling on one area on front (pictured). Bigger size. Way to big for me. I’m a size S or M.
