This is a beautiful skirt from the brand ladybug i think 60s or 70s. Union made in USA. The size tag says 5-6 but this waist is Tiny I'm listing it as an extra small. Please pay attention to measurements. I am guessing the material is cotton or a cotton blend as there is no content label. There is NO stretch. There is a button and zipper closure in the back . The pattern on it is so gorgeous. This is great condition for vintage...i wish it fit me as I love it!

crowdedclosetct @magiedcat I just posted a picture of some more measurements.There is a little bit of gathering at the waistline. the 6in below waist mark has a little bit more fabric than measurement. These measurements are obviously flat and still maintaining a natural lay of the fabric...does that help?
