Plaid midi skirt. Has the look of a wrap skirt bit is buttoned so no way to adjust the waist size. Has a lining. Frindge along the front of the opening. Gently worn. Front button may need resewn as shown in picture other wise no issues. See pictures for the measurements.

dragonfly369 @pvaultingirl I have not personally tried this on so I can't say. the measurements are included in the pictures and it is vintage so the sizes can fit different then modern clothes . I will check the tag for the washing directions.
