Vintage one of a kind handmade skirt. Fall vibes

One of a kind vintage find. I think it’s super cute but I’m trying to edit my closet. It feels like it’s from the 70s. Handmade there are no tags, but it fits like a small to medium. It has an elastic waist band and a velvet texture. The pattern almost looks like hydrangeas. It’s wild. For reference, I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds
