Vintage plaid skirt

Adorable high waisted handmade vintage skirt. Plaid colors are orange, purple, blue, and pink/red. No tag. Material is lightweight, skirt is unlined. In good condition- the hem was shortened with a blind hem meaning it can be let out if you want it longer! Comes to just above the knee on me (I’m 5’4”). Approximate measurements: Size small to medium Waist - 13.5” Length - 23”
