This is a fantastic nautical themed wrap skirt. Made of a poly cotton blend in navy blue with bright red trim and ribbons and a sailboat striped with green red and blue. This is a vintage size large and of course it is adjustable because it’s a wrap skirt. I would say it’s about a modern size 8. But it is adjustable probably from a 4 to 12. The hole where the belt goes through is a tiny bit frayed as you can see in the photo.
