Vintage style floral mini skirt

Really soft and cute floral skirt. Its a little too big on me. Would work well with someone who is a size small but has bigger hips or a bigger behind than I do, haha. (I'm 5'7 and my waist is around 26 inches, and my hips are pretty narrow) Would also work well for most size mediums as the skirt is also stretchy! No stains or holes. In excellent condition.
