Vintage top ⛔️ SOLD to consignment

It's got no tags, I found this gem at a local cosignment. I'm guessing maybe homemade? Lime green, zip up on the back. bust seams/darts, got tiny holes pattern but not necessarily see-through. Trying my best to give every details but if you have any questions, please let me know! Thanks for looking!
