Vintage wrap top dress with lantern sleeve

Vintage 1970 1980 dress with mock wrap top and lantern / balloon sleeves. The sleeves have lost some elasticity at the shoulder (common for a true vintage dress - this one especially I have seen it listed for twice the price with the same soft elastic shoulder) and there's plenty of volume to alter if needed. Waist is elastic, approx 36 at max. Shoulder to end of sleeve 15in Waist to Hem 26in Would fit up to modern Large. No stains or tears.
