V-neck t-shirt dress with white trim

Material: Cotton Size: XS Details: REPOSH- dress was too short for my liking, but can also wear as a tunic. White trim with blue design. Light sweater texture/weight. Navy blue. Loveee this dress would keep if it was longer. I am petite, 5’4” , the dress comes to my upper thigh.
