Hi! I'm Vickie & I've recently lost 100 pounds. (Woo-hoo!!!) Six days a week is 5 miles on the treadmill & I follow with 1500 work-out moves on my rebounder. My introduction to Posh began with my weight loss journey, thus the name, Pretty2B. My closet reflects my weight loss trek, going from Women's 2Plus/18-20 to a size 7 Jr jeans! @ccampbell41 Thanks, yes it was indeed quite the journey. Now Iβm sitting here with a broken foot, serious enough they had to operate on it last Monday. Iβm already anxious to get back on the treadmill but the doc said not until Feb. at least. And here it is the holiday season with all the yummy treats. Grrrr....I have to be careful as those pounds come back on so easy and are a lot harder to take off.

@pretty2b oh sweet dear! I know so, so well what your going through! I had a total knee replacement done in April. For me, I had waited too long to get in, and unfortunately, I gained almost 75 pounds. Itβs been awful! I suffer from depression and I have been cooped up way too long. Iβm having complications as well!π€ͺ.

Also, I have a multi-level thoracic disease in my spine. Iβve had 4 spinal fusions since 2006 and my next operation will be my entire spine. Soo, itβs been a rough road. Talking about it helps, but I donβt have any friends, so I donβt go out at all.

Since Iβve put on so much weight, nothing fits me. I have one pair of jeans and I pretty much live in my stretchy leggings! Bad news! Iβve been so down, this year I did not even put up a tree or decorate.

Thank you SO much Vickie! I did find that love notes & comments are all we can see. I only have 2 love notes but 5 star rating, top seller (not like Iβve sold that much) and 1.1 dayβs average shipping.
I am confident when I see someone posting their stats.

The doc just released me 2 weeks ago to get back on the treadmill so Iβm back up to my 5 miles again but oh my, mentally itβs been hard so your words really did come at the right time. π

@sassandclass12 Thank you for reaching out. The rebounder I use is a Cellercise and is made in Utah. It has high ratings and lives up to itβs reputation. This is my 4th rebounder simply because I bought cheaper versions first which caused injuries. I used the treadmill for cardio as well as weight loss and the rebounder for health, (a huge tool to help the cells in our body) toning and slimming. The hardest part was...starting. Then making the decision that it is a lifestyle change, not a temporary fix.

@celmunoz 2 of 2 - I keep my closet organized so if there is a βkids partyβ I share that category & then share the remainder of my closet to βFollowersβ. Also, one really needs to look at it as a business if you want to make $. Devoting at minimum, an hour a day, whether sharing, welcoming or posting new items will make a huge difference. π
