starsthycrown Rad, dude! 52 days is a great accomplishment. 👍 Sometime in Fall, late Oct or Nov maybe. In summer I decided to just drink for toasts or passing a mead horn, but I did that twice in the Fall, and decided to drop that, too. =] Now when people give me beer I just make a Beer Hair Rinse, so I joke that the craziest I get now is pouring beer on my head in the shower! What made you decide to quit?

starsthycrown Eggs are so nomz, I think the protein helps strengthen the hair, too. Those are great q's to send out! I will have to try those, thank you! I like Sarah Halls messages on affirmations, she's so loving and positive. There are specific videos on YT that I like a lot, the job affirmatiom one with the blue diamond is really good. I usually just go with my gut if I'm looking for a specific thing, and click on what draws me. =]

The wonderful thing about taking care of yourself, is life actually gets simpler, happier, and easier. Its hard to see it when you're in a rut drinking or doing other bad habits, but once you're on the other side, you see where the holes are and fill em up. =]

Its like the color black: even its not your best color its still fun when you're young, but slowly you start to realize it washes you out. So you start weeding it out, and start noticing other colors (nicotine, weed, caffeine, sugur) that don't work. You start trading those out of your closet, and start finding beautiful colors that bring life to your face (veggies, yoga, sunshine, hiking). Namaste, my friend!

Yes black tees, no matter how comfortable they are, they tend to hide our insecurities, and things we haven't worked on (the sugar weight, the areas we were gonna tone but didn't ;)) isn't it interesting how the vices and "comforts" begin to be in the way of true radiant health and comfort? cpd2016 @starsthycrown congrats on 8 months!! I’m not exactly sure after this 30 day no alcohol challenge is complete (day 23 holla!) if I will partake or not, but certainly focusing on health and fitness more. I’m full on the carnivore diet and have lost 11 pounds so it’s actually been quite an amazing change. That means no sugar or carbs either, I find what I crave more than alcohol is chocolate cake lol! My birthday treat will be some chocolate collagen blended ice coffee! The little things right?

starsthycrown @cpd2016 For reals?? Mine's Sunday! That's a great outlook, when you see things as investments. When you buy a top, your investing in its mileage and what it does for you, and you start to see how quick some of them depreciate and question whether it was a good idea. haha. I've cut way back on spending to pay off extortionate med bills. Each one that gets paid feels like a little victory, lol.

It's very Tough for me I've had 3 Fusions on my low back and they had to take bone grafts from my iliac crest. The fusion didn't take. I've had at least another 30 procedures since. Burning nerves. It's awful. So when you're sending healing Light. I'm really trying to absorb it Darlin. Seriously. 💕✨💕
