WHBM Sheer Black Blouse with Pleated Bell Sleeves

Sheer blouse overall but the bodice is lined. The front has tuck pleat detailing and tie closure at the neck with tassels at the end The pleated full flare sleeve starts near the elbow and has a dramatic effect. The front hem is about 23” and is longer than the sides. Has a decidedly dressy look due to the sleeves. It’s size 0 but is roomy. I wear a 4. My photos look like the blouse is grey but it’s BLACK
