janawind84 @christiepolous ilk here is where I'm at, I went to zales aand the ring was purchased at a location that was not connected tp the central system at the time. I then called the site that the set was y purchased at and they informed me that they did not enter their protection plans into the system at all at the time of purchase. To me this sounds sp bizarre, I can't weed Ben make this up.

janawind84 @christiepolous Now I'm looking for some sort of record of purchase from this time, because the original store said that a store could enter in the information off of these takeout for the plan. there was also a Male ring purchased sy the same time, just did not want to sent anything incomplete. I ensure you that that I have not forgotten about you and that I am working on in, and I will keep you updated

janawind84 @christiepolous I tried everything I can think of tp get the protection plan, and I can't get a copy of the protection plan. I can still ship three ring set I'd you are still interested but if you changed your mind I will try to get a hold of posh and have them cancel the order although I might need your help for the cancellation request.

janawind84 they did say though that they would be able tp look up the protection plan by the radiator and then enter in the protection plan. I do not know how true that is and all I have is some photographs of the reciept
