Hi Meagan... I just relieved my two hearth and home pitchers. And sadly the smaller cream one with little impressed pattern was shattered. Is there anything you or poshmark can do about it? I know you tried to package it well. Thank you very much for considering.

@carrotts22 oh no!! I am so sorry. You definitely can get a refund. Open a case with Poshmark for that item on the page where you would accept your order. Just take photos of the pitcher in the box and say that one of the two broke. You should be refunded for that one, Iβm assuming theyβll just do half of the total you spent?

@carrotts22 aww I appreciate that! Please let me know what they say. If they wonβt refund, your next option is to file a claim with USPS. since it was shipped priority, it comes with insurance. You can google how to file a claim with Usps for damaged items, and it will walk you through the process! Youβll need pictures of the damaged pitcher, the box, and a screenshot of your order on here showing what you paid!
