Hey u arenef supposed to tell them u did any business outside of Posh by accepting a shipment that didnt come from them ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ they might shut u down.Just giving u the heads up.You could have just opened the case without saying all of that.

@candy_renee Ms. Rennee, I have had an issue like this in the past and had to put in a claim until I got my other package and I sent Poshmark a message once the package was received and at that point I accept the package and your funds are released. Iโve been on Poshmark for several years and had an issues with someone folks not committing to their orders.

Itโs a backup until I get the new brooch. I hope you understand this because if I accepted the order and your funds are release before I get the other package Poshmark wouldnโt do anything after that since I need to accept the original package within 3 days of delivery. I hope you get what I am saying. Itโs not going to be a bad review on your end, itโs just a safe guard. Thanks Renรฉe

@ag_xo yes of course file the claim no problem but u saying that u did business or accepted anything outside of Posh and uploading a label that is not Posh might be a problem.Just giving u a heads up.
