janederella @thekingiscoming hey just wanted to let you know that i also purchased a bag from paulshopus and he sent me nonsense junks instead, like ugly clothes and shoes for dolls instead of a backpack that I purchased from him. It was clearly a scam and I was surprised to see your comment that he did that to you as well. I opened a case on Poshmark and I sent Poshmark support team a video of me unboxing the packet as proof. Fingers crossed they will refund both of us real soon. He shouldn't get paid

thekingiscoming @janederella yes that’s exactly what he did and I opened a case as well. I actually just got an email from support yesterday that I was getting my money refunded. I got no explanations of what happened. The seller never responded to my message on his page or commented on the case. I received a small package 5”x5” with 8 of those reading glass holders that go around your neck, they look like lanyards. He added a business card with the Amazon logo...

thekingiscoming @janederella the cats was obviously fake, it had an email and it asked to leave a review for a $5 gift card. What a joke! So people really fall for that? All the time wasted and he’s still not getting the $ he thought he was. I just don’t understand the reasoning behind it, I mean he got our address but he’s across the US for me, unless he’s hoping people respond to the email. Not sure, but I think we should both send Poshmark an email asking them why he’s not banned yet...

janederella @thekingiscoming he is new on poshmark and he probably thought he would get paid as soon as he sold an item without having buyers' confirmation of receiving the item purchased. Jokes on him. When did you open a case? He responded in a comment on my claim and he disputed it saying he sent the bag and I am the one lying. Wowww hahaha I mean Poshmark can see his history with you and they can also see the video proof that I sent them

thekingiscoming @janederella I purchased the bag on 7/14 and received the package on 7/22. I opened a case right away since I knew something was not right. The next day I received the email about my refund. Honestly that was quicker than other times I’ve needed a refund (for damaged goods etc). I also sent them an email about an hour ago, stating they should investigate his account and ban him if he’s done this to at least two of us...

janederella @thekingiscoming i received the packet yesterday and it was a palm-size packet so I immediately knew it wasn't the item I ordered. I opened a case last night but it's weekend so I'm hoping they'll review it and refund me by Monday or Tuesday. Thanks girl! I also emailed Poshmark team about investigating his new account and ban him

thekingiscoming @gia_moan yes, report them all, that’s what I’ve been doing. You can read the comments above between another buyer and myself. We got scammed by the same seller. Thankfully we both got our money back...

thekingiscoming Oh I see, you didn’t just make an offer you purchased it. Tin the order page you’ll need to click on “problems/inquiry” and then click on “contact Poshmark support” let them know you think it’s a scam and you don’t feel comforting this person having your address or sending you anything... they should work with you...

cameron_28 @thekingiscoming okay I just contacted poshmark support and they said they would email me back within 24 hours. I just don’t feel comfortable with them receiving my address, if they haven’t already, which I’m not too sure about. The transaction just went through 2 hours ago.

We should all continue to contact Posh and let them know that they have to do something about it, requesting a DL for a new acct. is a good idea as you mentioned. We can not let these thieves ruin this selling/buying platform that was once safe.

thekingiscoming @nnp625 hey I got your comment but the scammer blocked me. Notice he didn’t defend him/herself because they know it’s true. Read the comments under the black TB Fleming shoulder bag. She’s steals photos and used them as her own. Oh and by the way, all the closets with the word “shop” or “shopus” like that one are fakes. I e been scammed and so have so many Poshers. There’s listings out there warning buyers about these scammers, and it seems like Posh is not doing much.

She is a relatively smart scammer I believe because she picked bags that are kind of obscure. But thanks for looking out!
