Wellness Coaching for Youth and Teens!

Grand Rising! I am currently launching a new wellness coaching journey for youth and teens. I have 20+ years of working in social services, crisis counseling, HIV/AIDS prevention, domestic violence prevention, etc. with teens of diverse backgrounds. It is my heartbeat that the youth are secure in mind, body and spirit, and to provide direction on creating a healthy path to achieve this as a lifestyle. I welcome and encourage on on one’s with parents and/or guardians in order to create a safe and nuclear working environment.
