White & Black lace up Booties

White and black lace up booties.. unfortunately never worn.. my foot is too wide so really they are brand new.. there is no brand name.. unless you can read the tag on the box (see pic) they should be about a size 9 1/2 to a 10.. I wear a 10 in Skechers and a 9 or 9 1/2 in everything else and they fit me fine.. but I'm flat footed.. measurements are approximately toe to heel 10 inches across the widest part of the sole 3 1/2 inches 8 inches from heel to top of boot.. heel is about 3 1/2 inches..
