Super cute. New and never used. Black button detail. Puff sleeve with elastic on the bottom of sleeve. Tie back to cinch in the waist. No size or fabric tag. But I think can fit up to a large. But will list this as a medium. Fabric feels silly and smooth. Maybe a poly blend. Not sure. But it’s lays pretty well. Just needs a good steam. Approximate measurements: Shoulder to shoulder: 16” Pit to pit: 20” Waist: up to 19” (so you to 38” waist) Sleeve length: 13” Pit to bottom of dress: 23” Top to bottom of dress: 34”
