White PU over the knee boots Thigh high boots new women's 9 zipper and stretch

SOLD ON ANOTHER SITE These are some PU over knee boots that I never wore. Size 9 in women's. I put them on one last time for pics. I know over knee white boots are hard to find. They have stretch to them. Long zippers for access. Nearly a 4-in heel. A word of advice- my thigh where the boot stops is 20 inches around. The thickest part of my calf is 14 inches around. Get yourself a measuring tape... if your leg measurements aren't the same as mine or lower these won't fit. The widest part of my feet is 8 1/2 inches around. The toe box is spot on for a size 9... I wouldn't say you would wear thick socks with these. 8 or 8.5 could wear thick socks though. I do not believe these can be worn with pants underneath them no matter how thin you are. This style boot would be for short shorts or a dress. No flaws whatsoever. They have never touched anything outdoors. I ship fast.
