disco_lauren @jmbo4i755 Pit-to-pit measurements are 18” unstretched and 21” stretched. I’m not sure what the small spots were since this item is NWOT, but I applied a stain treatment to remove them. If you are interested in purchasing this vest, it’s been discounted again ☺️
