White Spaghetti Strap Dress with Tulle Skirt

Cream spaghetti strap top and the skirt parties 4 layers of tulle, with white polka dots. The top/cream liner is stretchy. Worn a couple of times, but very well taken care of. No rips, stains, snags or flaws. I'm a tall size 2-4 and it's pretty short on me because of the ballerina skirt.
