String closure in back allows for optimal fit. Fits like small/medium (refer to measurements that were taken with the item laying flat) Waist: 15in-18in Hips (7in down from top): 23in Length: 41in Condition: Very good with minor wear (few yellow spots, see picture, but of course are not visible while the petticoat is worn under clothing).
