Wild Fable 90s puff sleeve short black dress

Brand: Wild Fable Size: S/Small Material: 95% Cotton 5% Spandex Damage: None Square neckline, puff sleeves that hit above the elbow, mini skirt at about mid thigh (I'm 5'4 for reference) Love the 90s goth feel to this, puff sleeves and the skirt being on the shorter side, giving a sweet but bold look. Paired with fishnets and/or distressed tights, and some spikey combat boots, topped off with my battle jacket. I'm tempted to keep it after typing that lol.
