This gorgeous indigo, tulip-shaped, silk pencil skirt is brand new and never worn. It has an elastic band at the waist. It has pockets! It’s a petal shape that tapers above the knee and has short modest openings at the bottom on either side. Received as a gift but sadly too small for me. Size small.
