Will Steinman Vintage Cocktail Party Dress 50's & Shawl!!

Gorgeous true vintage party dress. Truly wish I had a party worth wearing this beauty to! Feels like a cotton with a crinkly coated finish. Very light weight but holds its shape. Velvet bow at front and matching shawl to complement the 50's flare. This dress is missing size and fabric info. I'm about a size 6 and it was a bit snug on me. Bust is 16 1/2 inches across, waist 14" and 46 1/2" from upper bust to bottom. Please let me know if you have questions. Thanks for looking!
